Take 7 drops in morning (on rising) and at night (on retiring) for 7 days only. Contains the following:
Hypericum 30C: homoeopathic remedy for general depression as well as nervous depression following the effects of shock or fright.
Dill: flower essence that helps the body assimilate excessive sensory input and reduce hypersensitivity to one's environment. Helps one to see clearly what the first step is so that one can proceed unhindered by fear.
Elm: Bach Flower Essence that addresses the feeling of inadequacy. Overwhelmed by responsibility. Provides a relief from the burdens of life and engenders a sense that one can achieve one's goals.
Gold: a gem elixir used for a deep emotional "valleys". Associated with strong feelings of self-reproach.
Gorse: A Bach Flower Essence for deep hopelessness and despair. Sense of "giving up" on the inside, and that nothing can be done to help the situation. Provides conviction that all will come right in its own time. Encourages openness of mind to other possibilities, an objective attitude and gives hope when there is utter hopelessness.
Grasstree: A flower essence that provides a sense of light in times of despair. Enhances self-reliance and discourages the tendency to be overly influenced by others.
Sturt Desert Pea: One of the most powerful of the Australian Bush Essences. Releases old grief, sorrow and hurt from the past. Encourages a deep letting go of bottled up sadness and a releasing of painful memories from the past - however long ago they occurred.
Sunshine Wattle: Australian Bush Essence - expectation of a bleak future, sense of hopelessness. Encourages optimism and the ability to see a brighter future.
Waratah: Another very potent Australian Bush Essence for the "dark night of the soul". Utter despair and deep distress. A crisis essence that facilitates courage, enhances survival skills and increases one's ability to cope.
Wild Rose: A Bach Flower Essence for apathy and resignation to one's fate. Chronic indifference and emptiness. No joy in life or inner motivation. Reawakens interest in life and restores a sense of purpose.
