Although the order process is 100% safe for the customer, see Security, it is not totally safe for us, the online retailer. Your card details will go through a verification process. If the verification process fails we will ask you for further information, which may include some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel your order if verification fails. This is as much for your security as it is for ours.
