I’ve forgotten my account password. How can I get it?
To retrieve your password via email click on the “I’ve forgotten my password” link. Your password will be emailed to you in about two to three minutes.
How do I change my account details?
Once you have logged in, click on the “change my details” link. This will allow you to change all or any of your account details.
Why do I need an account to order?
When you purchase from Natural Health Shop, we request that you create an account with us. This account allows you to track your order history, modify your address book entries and most importantly saves you from re-typing your contact and delivery details every time you place an order.
I can’t add items to my shopping cart. What can I do?
This is most likely caused by your browser’s inability to store cookies. To allow your browser to accept cookies, refer to the “How do I enable cookies in my browser” FAQ below.
How do I enable cookies in my browser?
For Internet Explorer 4 and earlier:
- On the View menu, click Internet Options.
- Under Security, check the "Always accept cookies" radio button.
For Internet Explorer 5:
To accept cookies, you need to set your security zone to Medium, Medium-low, or Low.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click the zone that you want to set the security level for. (NB. to allow cookies, you need to set this to ‘Medium’, ‘Medium-Low’, or ‘Low’).
For Netscape Navigator:
- From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
- Click the Advanced category.
- Click one of the radio buttons.
- If you want to be notified when Communicator accepts a cookie, check "Warn me before accepting a cookie".
