Find what you would like to buy...
By typing a keyword in the search box at the top of each page; or by browsing the product departments and categories.

If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in any of the search boxes around the website. If you know the name of the homoeopathic remedy you want, just enter it into the keyword search box.

Alternatively, type a general name (for example, "exhaustion" or "muscle damage" in a search box, or click tabs and links around the website until you discover something interesting.

To get more information about a product, click its name to see its product information page. There you'll find:

• Image's of the item;
• The item's availability;
• Background information; - (Available by clicking on the product photo, if available).

Add it to your shopping cart...
Simply click on the BUY button to add an item to your shopping cart.

When you've added everything you want in the Shopping Cart, click on "View Cart" at the top of the page. To start filling in the order form, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Sign in:
If you have shopped with us before, your email address is your login and you should have a password. You can simply log in and your details (such as address) will already be filled in. You can still change the delivery address if you like or if the order is a gift.

If this is your first order:
Then, you do not need to log in. Simply complete the order form and you will receive an email informing you of your password so your future orders will be faster and easier to complete.

Completing the order form...
1: Delivery Address:
Tell us where you would like us to send your order and let us know if any of the items are gifts. If any of the items are gifts, you will be offered the option to add gift-wrapping and even include a gift note for the receiver of the order.

2: Billing Address:
This is the address where your credit card statement goes to. It's important to write the correct address as this is checked for security reasons. If you are not paying by credit card, you can add this address so that it is the registered billing address on your tax invoice (this will be emailed to you).

3: Choose a Payment Method:
You can choose to pay by funds transfer, credit card, money order or cheque. How you pay is up to you! For more information on payment options go to Payment Options.

Review and submit your order...
Upon completion of the order form, you will be shown the items you are ordering as well as delivery information. Please review this carefully and then click on the SUBMIT button once.

Tracking your order...
Once you have submitted your order:

• You will be given a unique order number.
• You will receive an email with your order number and what you have ordered.
• You can log into your account and print out a tax invoice.
• You can log into your account and track the status of your order.
• You will be emailed once the order has been processed and once again once the order has been dispatched.

Email Orders...
You can also place an order by email us at sales@naturalhealthshop.com.au Please type “SALES ORDER” in the email subject heading and include the following details in your message:

• Your full name.
• Your billing address.
• The delivery address of the order you would like to place.
• Your contact numbers.
• The product names you would like to purchase and the desired quantity.
• Please tell us the way you intend on making payment (Please note that an order will not be processed unless payment has been received and cleared).
